I grew up climbing trees for fun and have always had a passion for plants and nature. They say when you love your job, you never work a day in your life — and that’s exactly true.

Before becoming disabled in 1996, I worked at Asplundh as a general foreman and safety supervisor. During my career, I worked with leading companies like Harder Tree Service, Bartlett Tree, Abby Tree Service, and Tree Preservation as a line clearance specialist, climber, bucket operator, and foreman servicing all of Long Island. I also ran my own tree businesses for 30+ years.

During Hurricane Gloria, September 27, 1985, the Town of Oyster Bay Highway Department hired my brothers and I to run crews, removing any and all tree-related damage throughout Nassau County. Our team worked for 49 days straight.

I attended SUNY Farmingdale, Agricultural & Technological College, where I took classes in greenhouse management, soil science, and insects and diseases of trees, etc. I’ve continued my education over the years through classes, videos, and certifications.

I also developed the patented, cutting-edge pole saw technology called The Bull Saw. I don’t actively sell them anymore, but if you’re interested in purchasing old inventory, please reach out.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, growing fruits and vegetables in our backyard greenhouse, gardening, and taking care of our property. I love staying active and helping others. Please call or text if I can help.
